Helps Brothers learn ritual work and prepares candidates for their degrees.

Presents programs on Masonic history, symbolism, and philosophy at Lodge meetings.
Grievance
Reviews concerns raised by members in accordance with Lodge by-laws and Grand Lodge procedure.
Charity
Identifies and coordinates the Lodge's charitable giving in the Kutztown community.
Visitation
Checks in on members who are ill, homebound, or otherwise in need of a fraternal visit.
Scholarship
Administers scholarship opportunities for members, their families, and the community.
Fundraising
Plans and runs Lodge fundraisers, including the monthly sausage sale.
Audit
Reviews Lodge financial records annually to ensure sound stewardship of Lodge funds.
